Hey hey, I'm Heather your super bubbly, high energy photographer. Born and raised in upstate NY and still reside here today. Also wife and mom of two kiddos, two dogs, a snake, and two hairless cats. Yep, it's a zoo!  You will not see blogging from me as i'm not much of a writer; however I am a talker.  There is a good chance I will talk your ear off at your session or anytime we chat before the day we work together. 

I love everything photography.  Photographing the love between a newly engaged couple, to the wedding of your dreams and the start of your wonderful lives together.  Let's not forget the day you decide to start a family and add a new bundle to the family, furry or human.  Their bittersweet details, squishy arms tiny lips, fingers and toes.  Those first months of wobbly sitting up milestones, 1st birthdays and first steps.  To their graduation and those important yearbook photos.  I'm there for it all and it's a privilege to be able to capture these memories for families.   

This journey started well before I had a family of my own, black room film photography in high school, turned photographer/videographer for all friend filled events (watch out for those old youtube videos).  All turned serious when my first little was born, my son in 2008.  And by the time he was 3 my business was in full swing.  It's been a journey, through self teaching the rights and wrongs.  To workshops and online classes for safety and technique. To road trips and airplane trips to work with the best in the biz.  I love what I do and I'd love for you to trust me with your memories.  

When i'm not shooting for myself you can find me working with a few other local photographers.  Second shooting, as well as freelancing weddings for another.  I wouldn't trade it for anything.  Generally working in the upstate NY area, i'm more than willing to travel.
